ULC-S127-M1988摘要
This method of test for flammability characteristics is applicable to certain low density insulating materials that do not melt or drip during exposure to fire (see Appendix A). It is used in establishing the Flame Spread Classification for those foamed plastics whose flammability assessment by CAN/ULC-S102 requires the use of the rate formula FSV = 92.5 d/t but where the necessary parameters ('d' & 't') for use in the formula are difficult to define.

加拿大CAN/ULC-S127測試方法
CAN/ULC-S127所用的樣品為燃燒室內(nèi)的天花板、兩面墻壁及上側(cè)板。燃燒室為立方形室，內(nèi)邊長1.3m。CAN/ULC-S127測試時間為直至上側(cè)板下面出現(xiàn)火焰或棉線斷裂；但自點(diǎn)燃源被點(diǎn)燃算起，試驗(yàn)時間不能超過5分鐘。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果是測定上側(cè)板下面出現(xiàn)火焰的時間或棉線斷裂的時間t，并計(jì)算材料的火焰?zhèn)鞑サ燃塅SC3。
