澳洲市場要求進入的材料首先不能含有石棉，也就是海關通常要求的無石棉檢測報告。無石棉檢測按照澳洲標準AS 4964，需要由澳洲NATA資質實驗室測試并出具報告；
同時，在進入澳洲市場的EPS墻板保溫材料，需要關注防火性能測試：
AS 1530.3 Methods for fiir tests on building materials, components and structures – part 3: Simultaneous determination of ignitability, flame propagation, heat release and smoke release.
AS 1530.3 建筑材料、元件和構件的防火測試，第三部分：材料可燃型、火焰蔓延及熱釋放煙霧性能測試；
同時，還需要關注性能測試，如隔熱性能，參考標準AS 4859.1
