1. 向睿督提交COC測試申請和產品相關的信息
2. 睿督出具正式的報價合同
3. 確認合同后，按照要求提供測試樣品
4. 測試完成后提供測試報告

絕熱保溫產品新加坡CoC證書有效期：
合格CoC證書的有效期為3年，注冊供應商應該在證書快到期之前向CABs申請再認證。機構給符合要求的產品頒發新的COC證書，但可繼續沿用原來的證書號。同時，供應商應提交新的COC證書到SPRING Singapore進行更新注冊。
