BS 8202-2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用范圍
This Part of BS 8202 gives recommendation for the use of intumescent materials as a coating to provide fire resistance and fire protection to metallic substrates. It includes:
a)Guidance on compatibility with primer systems and finishing coating;
b)Guidance on appraisal of fire test data from standard cellulosic fires (see BS 476-20);
c)Methods of assessing durability and ageing;
d)Methods of application and site quality control procedures;
e)Recommendation for maintenance in use.

BS 8202-2耐火性能測試
樣品暴露下高溫高壓條件下，看測試樣品在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)的承重量，完整性、隔熱性。BS476-20的測試時間可以為30分鐘，60分鐘，90分鐘，120分鐘，150鐘，180分鐘等，具體時間根據(jù)客戶要求及產(chǎn)品性能而定。BS476-20耐火測試要求比較多為：30分鐘、60分鐘、90分鐘。
 
BS 8202-2耐火測試性能評估：能過承重性，完整性、隔熱性進行評估。
承載能力－承重性
垂直承重構(gòu)件和水平承重構(gòu)件在測試過程中的變形程度不能超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定要求，否則測試終止。
 
完整性
當(dāng)發(fā)生倒塌或在背火面有持續(xù)的火焰出現(xiàn)時或者密閉性失效時，視為測試構(gòu)件未達到完整性。
 
隔熱性
a）如背火面平均溫度增加到大于初始溫度140℃；
b）如背火面任一點的溫度記錄，固定或移動熱電偶超過初始平均背火面溫度180℃；
