船用設(shè)備IMO MED認證及防火測試必要性

IMO船用設(shè)備指令（MED）2014/90/EU（原96/98/EC）是什么？
船用設(shè)備指令（Marine Equipment Directive - MED）2014/90/EU是歐盟專門為流通于歐洲經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)的要裝在船上使用的設(shè)備規(guī)定的要求，旨在增強海上安全，防止海上污染，并確保這類設(shè)備在歐洲共同體內(nèi)的流通。
“舵輪”標志屬于歐盟強制性認證標志，也是歐盟CE認證的一種形式，是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求，不論是歐盟內(nèi)部企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，還是其他國家生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，如果要用于懸掛歐盟船旗船舶，就必須獲得指定機構(gòu)認證并加貼“舵輪”標志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟船用設(shè)備指令（2014/90/EU）的要求。
Marine equipment can only be installed on board ships flying the flag of an EU country, Norway, Iceland and other flag states if it is marked with the MED mark of conformity, also known as the “wheel mark”.
On 23rd July 2014 the European Union (EU) published the new directive on marine equipment 2014/90/EU that repealed directive 96/98/EC with effect from 18th September 2016. With effect from March 16th 2017 the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/306 amending the directive 2014/90/EU come into force.
