加拿大CAN/ULC S102防火性能測試
用于加拿大的建筑材料及產(chǎn)品需要根據(jù)加拿大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CAN/ULC-S 102進行防火性能測試。加拿大CAN/ULC-S 102此法用于測定建材表面燃燒性能。測試方法基本上類似于美國的ASTM E84法。加拿大CAN/ULC-S 102測試至少要進行3次測試,計算出火焰?zhèn)鞑ブ笖?shù)FSI1及FSI2。南京睿督公司咨詢電話:025-8658 3475。
將火焰前沿移動的距離對時間作圖,如所得曲線下的總面積AT≤29.7m.min,則FSI=1.85AT如AT>29.7 m.min,則FSI1=1640/(59.4-AT)。有些材料燃燒時,其火焰前沿在試驗早期可能傳播很快,但隨后即減慢,甚至最終不能達到試件末端,這時系按下式計算FSI2值。

根據(jù)加拿大的有關(guān)建材規(guī)范,按照CAN/ULC-S 102火焰?zhèn)鞑ブ笖?shù)及生煙性能對材料進行分類。以紅橡木的曲線包圍的面積為100,以石棉-水泥曲線包圍的面積為0,將測試樣品的曲線包圍的面積與紅橡木的相應(yīng)值比較,以評估試件的熱釋放性。
